Hi Guys,
All my checks got cashed on friday....today my lawyer office got a notice saying that there is no FP fee eventhough they cashed it.
they asked to resubmit the fees again...my lawyer said he will work it out with them..
My questions is I filed to NSC, transfered to VSc and today they status says it has been transfered to TSC :confused:
So should i submit this evidence to VSC or TSC.
Please clarify.

Hi,
Because of some reason or the other it happend to be so bad that my I140 documents were sent by courier on Tuesday - 17 July 2007.
can any one of you please suggest what best I can do to file my 485 during this current window July 17 to Aug 17 2007.

My H-1B expires next year (after 6 years). I have been here 10 years (on J-1 and then H-1B visa). My employer isn't in a position to apply for Labor Certification, although they want to continue hiring me. I want to stay (no relatives here etc.). I know after one year, I can return on a new H-1B if my employer will petition again but it is messy and I want residency. I am from Britain. Help!!!

The AC21 determination of whether a new job is in "the same or similar occupation" is made based on a comparison of the new job duties and those set forth on the original labor certification application. Job titles are not controlling. So, you need to have a copy of your original LC application and then compare the job description it contains to the duties of the new position.

I am not sure if I am posting it in the right forum. So please excuse me if not. My cousin have some immigration case going on in San antonia, Texas court. She lives in California. Her court date is on 30th July in texas. I need help to find a good immigration lawyer for her. Could you guys please suggest me immgration lawyer (if possible Indian) there, so that I could contact asap. TIA.

I am currently working for Company A on h1b, expiring on May 31st 2010. The GC application is denied based on on A2p issue with company A.
I had company B already filed for my labor in 2008 and approved in Jan 2009. They also filed concurrent 140 and 485 in March 2009 which is still pending. Company B wanted to hire me and now its time that I move to company B. I do have latest paystubs from Company A, currently valid i797 and experience letter.
can I migrate to company B by transfering my h1b based on approved labor with company b and pending GC application. What documents are required to transfer.

It talks a lot about illegal immigrants. Though there is a myth about H1B program, there is nothing mentioned about LEGAL immigration backlog.
